Modeled off of the Holiday Valley Lodge Food Hall reimagination, the Yodeler Marketplace would receive a similar upgrade in experience that includes improved menu board design, wayfinding, and an optimization of menu mix. Dining will include a grill station, pizza, soup and salad, and ramen. Signature items include a Baked Giant Pretzel (served with haus Weber’s mustard, honey mustard, and beer cheese sauce) and the Sausage Hunter’s Platter (seasonally inspired bratwurst served with apple sauerkraut, grape balsamic reduction, haus Weber’s mustard, and warm pretzel bread). The bar on the main floor will feature signature cocktails and the top floor bar will be positioned as a great group sales space.
